Breaking down the barriers: LGBT+ and nursing

2020 will be a historic year with marriage equality throughout the UK. Yet, despite enormous progress, homophobia, biphobia and alarming levels of transphobia continue to impact the lives of many.

This event forms part of a series that aims to provide participants with the skills to promote positive change and in their own workplaces. With legal surgeries, expert advice on the support available to you from the RCN as well as many others, this is a day of inspiration and empowerment not to be missed.

The other events in the series are:

Gender equality: 3 March 2020

Disability equality: 30 March 2020

We will also be livestreaming the events on the RCN website and tweeting from @RCN_inclusion #BreakingDownTheBarriers
