Take part in national research to help shape the way you access and use Mental Health Statistics

The Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR) is the regulatory arm of the UK Statistics Authority. They provide independent regulation of all official statistics produced in the UK. Statistics are an essential public asset. They aim to enhance public confidence in the trustworthiness, quality and value of statistics produced by government.

The OSR have commissioned Evolving Communities to carry out national research to find out how people use mental health statistics, and how mental health statistics provision can be improved.

You could be a health professional, a commissioner, a researcher, a journalist, charity campaigner or a carer of someone with a mental health condition who will use Mental Health Statistics to inform your work.

You can take part by attending a two hour workshop that will explore:

  • How you use mental health statistics;
  • What do you think about the current information available?
  • What could be done to improve mental health statistics?
